This property boast a Belle Vue (Beautiful View)! It is located in a private, secluded area on the East end of St. George Island with a new private dock. The home and property have been recently remodeled and includes updated furnishings throughout. As you enter the front door you will be greeted with a Beautiful Unobstructed View of St. George Sound! The open concept living, dining and kitchen area all have an amazing view of the Bay. Two 9ft sliding glass doors open out onto a large screened deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, watch for eagles, dolphins and other Florida wildlife during the day then enjoy your evening meal while watching the beautiful sunsets!
The inviting Bayfront Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, private bath and sliding glass doors that lead out onto the screened in deck with a beautiful view of the water.
The second Bayfront bedroom has a Queen sized bed and sliding glass doors that lead out onto the screened in deck with gorgeous views of the water. This room shares a full bath with the third guest room.
The Guest Room is very spacious and has two comfortable Full sized beds. The Mermaid art was created by a local artist.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen share the gorgeous views from every area. The dining table sits 6 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The Living room area has a full sized comfy couch and swivel chairs. You will find the kitchen well stocked with everything you may need for preparing special meals during your stay!
Outside you will find Adirondack chairs under cover to sit and relax looking out over the Bay or watching the kids play on the custom made Cyprus swings. There is a private beach area at the waters edge where you can sunbathe, swim, launch paddle boards or kayaks. Don't forget to bring your hammocks! There are pilings with room enough for three hammocks on the beach area.
After a day of playing in the sun; there is an outdoor shower for your convenience with hot water.
Enjoy the new private dock where you can spend the day fishing, have morning coffee and watch the most beautiful sunsets ever!

About the Owner
We purchased Belle Vue (Beautiful View) in March 2023. Since that time we have poured our hearts into renovating and updating this little piece of paradise. Our most recent project has been the replacement of the fishing dock. The new dock is 427ft long with 327ft over the water. The water depth is approximately 4ft at high tide and 18inches at extreme low tides. There is a very spacious Terminus, 10ft X 16ft, that is great for several to fish from! This fulfills our dream of being able to walk out the door and go fishing! The inside has new tongue and groove ceilings, new flooring, new sliding glass doors, new bathroom vanities, toilets and has been painted throughout. I tried to keep the décor fresh and inviting. There are TV's in every bedroom and ample seating in the dining, living areas. We debated about a TV in the living area and we decided to forgo that for the moment. The emphasis, we hope, will be on relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. Belle Vue is our dream come true and we sincerely hope that each guest will love it as much as we do.
